Mr Prabhakar Varma

Prabhakar Varma serves as Head, Community Relations, Sustainability and Liaison at Sembcorp Energy India Limited (SEIL), Hyderabad. He has over 30 years of experience in managing social development programmes across all Indian states. His areas of expertise include networking and collaboration with Government, bilateral, multilateral aid agencies. This includes corporate partnerships for accessing and raising resources for creating a wider impact. He has developed in-depth understanding on managing child development programmes and various approaches for empowerment, education, health, disability and a range of other issues.
Dr. R. Vijai Kumar
Vice Chair
Dr. R. Vijai Kumar graduated from Kakatiya Medical college and specialized in Lung Diseases (MD and DTCD) in 1980. He served as an assistant Professor at Osmania Medical College and in the department of Pulmonary Intensive Care Unit at AP General & Chest Hospital. He has served and Head of the Department in MediCiti Hospital, Yashoda Hospital, and Apollo Hospitals. He has been teaching post graduate doctors of MD and DNB since 1984. Dr. Vijai Kumar provides consultation services exclusively at Hyderabad Chest Centre.

Mr. Hemanth Kumar

Hemanth is a practising Chartered Accountant based at Bangalore with three decades of work experience in finance related matters.  He has worked with leading international and Indian not for profit charities like Action Aid, OXFAM India and Swasti heading Finance and Administration. His areas of expertise include financial management, statutory compliances, audit & governance requirements, Internal Controls, partner assessments, donor reporting, treasury management, contracting partners/sub awardees, monitoring and review of partners. He had built capacities of Finance and non-Finance team members and partner staff on these aspects.
Ms. Blessina Kumar
Trustee
Blessina Kumar is a health activist with a background in Community Health and Health Systems Management and is the co-founder of the Global Coalition of TB Activists (GCTA). In India, she has led the civil society movement against TB, lobbied with decision makers and  worked with parliamentarians to raise TB awareness among them for better care and support, and accountability from the TB programme. She has worked with TB communities in Cambodia, Indonesia and India and provides technical support to countries in South East Asia region. Presently, Blessina is the CEO of Global Coalition of TB Activists and is in the forefront of advocacy and capacity building of advocates and activists globally and regionally.

Mr. Chavala Divaker

A Mining Engineer by qualification and profession, Divaker had worked with Tata Steel Underground Mines for 40 years. He was General Manager heading the underground coal mines division. He had taken many environmentally friendly decisions like modernization of the coal getting, coal washeries, and controlling the emission of carbon gases. Divakar was awarded the Star Performer of Tata Steel in 2002. He had attended courses at many management institutes around the world, like Lancaster University (UK), McGrill University (Canada) etc… Divakar was involved in social activities, and was instrumental in starting a Leprosy Treatment Unit at Tata Steel branch. Around 4000 Leprosy patients got benefitted due to this initiative. This unit is manufacturing special footwear for Leprosy patients and is supplying to more than 6 states across India.
Ms. Nikita Sarah

Nikita Sarah completed her Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Allahabad University and then did a Diploma in Mass Communication. She also holds a certificate in Personnel Management from Institute of Management Studies, New Delhi. She is a human rights defender, activist, communicator and a brand strategist. She currently holds the position of Head of Advocacy and Communications at The Leprosy Mission Trust India (TLMTI). She is a senior level lobbyist, media and public spokesperson and have represented organization at several National and International platforms. She is a communications advisor and strategist to management and colleagues.
Dr. Rohini Rammurthy
Trustee
Dr. Rohini Rammurthy holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology. She has worked in the area of public health and mental health, holding various positions including teaching, clinical practice and working in developmental programmes. Since 2009, as a freelance consultant she has worked in India, Cambodia and Papua New Guinea and Solomon Islands on HIV, SRHR and gender violence.
Dr. Sharadha Ganesh

Dr Sharadha Ganesh, PhD has served for over 26 years with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), including 15 years as Global Head for Leadership Development Programmes. She has been extensively trained in the structuring and analysis of complex systems. She was also responsible for design and delivery of the Adult Literacy project of TCS and was actively involved in the Tata Council for Community Initiatives.
