The key objective of this initiative is to strengthen community-led action for the prevention, detection and management of drug-resistance tuberculosis (DR-TB) by engaging the project trained TB Champions. This initiative has been started from Nov 2025, and being implemented in urban poor communities of Hyderabad city.  Community Led Demand Creation and Community Led Monitoring are the two key outputs of the project and the results are reaching 16000 beneficiaries (People with TB and people with TB like symptoms) on DR-TB prevention, care support services.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3ccc0931 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" Improve the access of the TB affected communities to TB services such as diagnosis and treatment at the government facilities and contribute to improved health.\n  <\/li>\n  <li style=\"margin-bottom: 4px\">\n    Build the overall knowledge of the TB affected communities and general communities about general health education, personal hygiene, importance of sanitation and nutritious food.\n  <\/li>\n  <li style=\"margin-bottom: 4px\">\n    Raise awareness of the TB affected communities on government schemes such as Old Age Pension (OAP), Widow Pension and Disability Pension.\n  <\/li>\n  <li style=\"margin-bottom: 4px\">\n    Reduce the stigma and discrimination faced by the TB affected PLHAs.\n  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"exad-advance-tab-content exad-tab-image-has-no  exad-tab-image-right\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"exad-advance-tab-content-element\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"exad-advance-tab-content-description\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00a0<\/p><p>CEPT adopted an approach of organizing the TB affected communities into Rainbow TB Association (RTBF) and building their capacities. Moreover, activities such as distributing IEC material and conducting Behaviour Change Communication were also adopted under the project.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"exad-advance-tab-content exad-tab-image-has-no  exad-tab-image-right\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"exad-advance-tab-content-element\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div Bringing the TB Patients and other groups under the umbrella of TB Forums\n  <\/li>\n  <li style=\"margin-bottom: 4px\">\n    Distributing IEC material in the target groups for creating awareness\n TB services among the marginalised communities with special reference to women, children and PLHAs<\/li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 4px\">Increased knowledge about general health education, personal
